Stradley Ronon Partner to Participate in PBI Mortgage Litigation Seminar

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Andrew K. Stutzman will participate in the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s seminar “Don’t Mortgage Your Future: Contested Mortgage Litigation” on Jan. 22. Stutzman will help plan the program, which includes public policy concerns, new legislation, contested foreclosure defenses, fair lending litigation, class action trends and claims, and other residential mortgage litigation topics. He will also moderate a discussion among state and federal judges.

Stutzman chairs Stradley Ronon’s mortgage and lending litigation practice group, a team of professionals that resolves disputes involving consumer or commercial financial products or services.
