Stradley Ronon Partner Speaks at ABA Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee Seminar

PHILADELPHIA –Stradley Ronon Partner Samuel J. Arena Jr. served as co-presenter for the session “Complex Business Interruption Claim Disputes” at the American Bar Association, Section of Litigation, Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee’s CLE seminar on March 6 in Tucson, Arizona. Arena spoke alongside forensic accountant Gregory Thaler of FTI Consulting. Stradley Ronon Associate Brandon Gamble assisted in the researching and writing of the presentation materials, which focused on recent court opinions regarding complex business interruption claims, including claims arising from Superstorm Sandy.

Arena has concentrated his practice on insurance law and fidelity and surety law for more than 32 years. A leader in Stradley Ronon’s insurance practice group and the chair of the firm’s fidelity and surety practice group, he represents insurance companies in complex insurance coverage, extra-contractual liability, and fidelity and surety matters.

Gamble focuses his practice on insurance coverage matters including extra-contractual liability claims. He also defends financial services organizations in a variety of consumer disputes, including class action litigation.
