Stradley Ronon Partner Co-chairs National Residential Mortgage Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement Forum and Moderates Judges Panel

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Andrew K. Stutzman will co-chair the American Conference Institute’s 17th National Forum on Residential Mortgage Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement in Washington, D.C. on April 30 and May 1. Stutzman will also moderate a panel of federal and bankruptcy judges from around the nation entitled “Views from the Bench,” featuring judicial perspectives on trends relating to consumer finance and other litigation. The conference will offer attendees an update on the latest insights on defending against lending, servicing and foreclosure litigation from exceptional leaders in the field.

Stutzman chairs Stradley Ronon’s mortgage and lending litigation practice group, a team of professionals that resolves disputes involving consumer or commercial financial products or services.
