Andrew Stutzman Moderates Government Enforcement Panel at National Consumer Finance and Class Actions Litigation Forum

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Andrew K. Stutzman will moderate a panel of representatives from state and federal agencies, including the Department of Justice, attorneys general offices, and other financial services regulators. The panel is entitled, “Insights from Speakers at Key Federal and State Agencies on the Latest Regulatory Initiatives, Enforcement Actions and Investigations; Attorney General Lawsuits Against Financial Services Companies; and Coordination Efforts with the CFPB,” and will appear at the American Conference Institute’s 22nd National Conference on Consumer Finance Class Actions & Litigation on April 13 in Los Angeles. The panel includes representatives from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey; the Wisconsin Department of Justice; the Office of the Maryland Commissioner of Financial Regulation; the State of Hawaii; and the Office of the Attorneys General of Illinois, Missouri, New Mexico, Texas and Virginia.

Stutzman chairs Stradley Ronon’s Mortgage and Lending Litigation practice group, a team of professionals that resolves disputes involving consumer or commercial financial products or services.
