Steven B. Davis Speaks at Insurance Market Regulation Seminar

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Steven B. Davis served as a panelist for “Market Conduct 360: A Practical Guide to Avoiding and Dealing with Market Conduct Examinations” during the Pennsylvania Association of Mutual Insurance Companies’ 2015 Market Regulation Seminar on May 13 in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The panel, which included regulatory experts, Deputy Insurance Commissioner Christopher Monahan, former Deputy General Counsel Terry Keating and Dennis Shoop of INS Regulatory Insurance Services, provided an overview of current market regulation trends, how to present data and how to address issues and coordinate with regulators during the exam.

Davis is a nationally recognized insurance regulatory and coverage practitioner. As chair of Stradley Ronon’s insurance practice, Davis helps manage the firm’s insurance-related regulatory and coverage dispute and litigation engagements. For more than 20 years, he has provided skilled and experienced counsel and services in hundreds of insurance regulatory, coverage and litigation matters. He also represents the Pennsylvania Insurance Department in various matters.
