PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Mark Dorval served as a panelist for “Mitigating Bankruptcy Risks in Restructured Energy Markets” during the Energy Bar Association’s Annual Meeting and Conference on May 5-6 in Washington, D.C. The panel discussed the numerous issues energy suppliers face, including the pros and cons of being treated as a utility vs. forward contract merchant, and addressed some potential future challenges to the breadth of the safe harbors in the energy industry.
