Andrew Stutzman to Present at Mortgage Bankers Association Conference

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Andrew K. Stutzman will speak during the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Conference on May 5 in Chicago. Stutzman’s panel, “Class Actions,” will provide updates on the state of class action law and explore new data on the cost and benefits of class actions for individuals.

Stutzman chairs Stradley Ronon’s Mortgage and Lending Litigation practice group, a team of professionals that resolves disputes involving consumer or commercial financial products or services. The MBA is the only national association representing all facets of the real estate finance industry. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., MBA represents over 2,200 member companies.
