Marissa Parker Appointed to Minds Matter of Philadelphia Board

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Associate Marissa Parker has been appointed to the board of directors of Minds Matter of Philadelphia, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to guide high-achieving, low-income Philadelphia students from sophomore year through graduation in gaining acceptance to college and preparing for real world success. Each student is paired with two dedicated mentors who regularly volunteer their time throughout the school year while pursuing full-time careers or graduate degrees in the Philadelphia area.

Marissa Parker represents corporate, nonprofit and institutional clients in state and federal court and private arbitration. With a strong background in business litigation, she brings a practical, results-oriented approach to resolving complex, sophisticated matters. Her practice spans patent infringement actions, merger and acquisition disputes, securities litigation and derivative suits, ERISA litigation, and protection of institutional first amendment rights.
