Andrew Stutzman Serves as Course Planner for PBI Residential Mortgage Rules Conference

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Andrew K. Stutzman is the course planner for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s CLE course “New Residential Mortgage Rules Affecting the Origination and Closing Processes” in July. The conference, which will be hosted on separate days in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, will feature discussions on changes in the last 30 years of residential mortgage lending, with the addition of the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure reporting requirements and other important changes affecting the residential mortgage industry.

Stutzman is a Philadelphia trial lawyer who founded and chairs the financial services litigation practice at Stradley Ronon. He resolves complex disputes through litigation, especially finance-related matters, and has tried cases of diverse subject matters in many state, federal and ADR courts throughout the decades of his career. Stutzman is often invited to discuss finance litigation topics, and has been privileged to appear at events of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, among many others.
