Stradley Ronon Partner Presents to Investment Banking Firm on Health Care M&A

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Joshua N. Silverstein spoke to an audience of investment bankers and analysts at investment banking firm Lancaster Pollard’s company meeting on July 28 in Columbus, Ohio. Silverstein presented “The Essentials of an M&A Transaction,” where he addressed fundamental issues relating to healthcare M&A transactions, such as the contents of a letter of intent, how to choose an acquisition structure, and the contents of a purchase agreement. Lancaster Pollard helps health care, senior living and housing organizations expand and improve their services by providing financial advice and financing solutions.

Silverstein is co-chair of Stradley Ronon’s mergers & acquisitions practice group. He has extensive experience in middle-market merger and acquisition transactions, and represents clients in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, aerospace, insurance, manufacturing, utilities, technology and retail.
