Stradley Ronon Partner Speaks on Commercial Loan Documents During Pennsylvania Bar Institute Seminar

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Michael P. Bonner participated in the panel discussion, “Structuring and Drafting Commercial Loan Documents” during a CLE program hosted by Pennsylvania Bar Institute. The program focused on examining the legal and strategic interplay in the negotiation process and providing practical advice to secure the best deals in the current financial market.

Bonner represents banks, commercial finance companies, hedge funds and other lenders in all aspects of commercial loan transactions. He represents clients in multiple types of financing transactions including asset-based, cash flow, acquisition, second lien, real estate, construction, debtor-in-possession, exit and workouts. Bonner also represents companies in general business and commercial matters, including borrower-side financings.
