Stradley Ronon Appoints Michelle Orloski as Director of Professional Development

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon announced that Michelle Orloski has been appointed as Director of Professional Development. In her new role, Orloski is responsible for overseeing the orientation, integration, training and retention of the firm’s attorneys, as well as its administrative and legal support staff. She works closely with the firm’s management, hiring, diversity, and associate compensation and evaluation committees, as well as other members of the professional development department.

Orloski began her career at Stradley Ronon as an associate in the firm's litigation department, during which time she was a member of the firm’s associates committee and hiring committee. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Drew University and her J.D., cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
