Stradley Ronon Partner to Co-Chair National Forum on Residential Mortgage Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement in Dallas

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Andrew K. Stutzman will serve as co-chair for the American Conference Institute’s 18th National Forum on Residential Mortgage Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement on Sept. 17-18 in Dallas, Texas. Stutzman will also moderate a panel of eleven state and federal judges from around the country during a discussion on litigation issues concerning the residential mortgage industry and related consumer finance and trial issues.

Stutzman is a Philadelphia trial lawyer who founded and chairs the financial services litigation practice at Stradley Ronon. He resolves complex disputes through litigation, especially finance-related matters, and has tried cases of diverse subject matters in many state, federal and ADR courts throughout the decades of his career. Stutzman is often invited to discuss finance litigation topics, and has been privileged to appear at events of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, among many others.
