Andrew Stutzman Presents at Mortgage Bankers Association Regulatory Compliance Conference

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Andrew K. Stutzman participated in a panel discussion with various experts in the residential mortgage industry during the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Regulatory Compliance Conference in Washington, D.C., on Sept. 21. Stutzman’s panel, “The Implications of Recent Supreme Court Litigation and the New HMDA Rule on Fair Lending Compliance” discussed the impact of recent U.S. Supreme Court precedent, regulatory rulemaking and related fair lending litigation activity.

Stutzman is a Philadelphia trial lawyer who founded and chairs the financial services litigation practice at Stradley Ronon. He resolves complex disputes through litigation, especially finance-related matters, and has tried cases of diverse subject matters in many state, federal and ADR courts throughout the decades of his career. Stutzman is often invited to discuss finance litigation topics, and has been privileged to appear at events of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, among many others.
