Danielle Banks Named One of the 2015 Most Powerful and Influential Women of Pennsylvania

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Danielle Banks was recognized by the National Diversity Council as one of the “2015 Most Powerful and Influential Women” at the Sixth Annual Philadelphia Diversity and Leadership Conference. The award honors women in the Philadelphia community who have displayed excellence in leadership and sustained a record of accomplishments throughout their careers. Banks was also honored by the National Diversity Council with this award in 2012.

An experienced trial lawyer, Banks represents companies and individuals in employment law matters, including claims brought under Title VII, Section 1981, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act. She also defends clients in Section 1983, Title VI and Fair Housing Act matters. Additionally, her practice includes products liability litigation, as well as other complex commercial litigation. Banks is the immediate past chair of Stradley Ronon’s diversity committee, and currently serves on several nonprofit boards, including serving as president of the board of directors of Smith Memorial Playground and Playhouse, and serving as the immediate past co-president of the Philadelphia Diversity Law Group.
