Deborah Hong participated on the “Leaning in Without Tipping Over” panel at the 6th Annual Philadelphia Diversity & Leadership Conference, and also the “Climbing the Corporate Ladder” panel at the 2015 Annual National Association of Asian American Professionals Philadelphia Emerging Leaders Summit. Both panels provided tips on getting ahead and discussed keys to success as a diverse leader.
Hong focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings and reorganizations. Her clients include a number of privately owned, middle-market companies as well as publicly held companies in the technology, media, retail, investment management and manufacturing sectors. In addition to her practice, Hong serves on the leadership advisory council of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania.
