Stradley Ronon Attorneys Participate in Insurance Compliance National Conference

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Steven B. Davis and Counsel Jana M. Landon spoke at the Association of Insurance Compliance Professional’s 28th Annual Conference on Oct. 13 and 14 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Davis served as a panelist for “Worried About a Single State Policy? Try A Multi-State One,” which provided an overview and practical tips for programs insuring multi-state risks. Landon served as a panelist on “Evolving Cyber Threats,” which discussed the current state of cybersecurity and the insurance available to mitigate risks.

Davis is a nationally recognized insurance regulatory and coverage practitioner. As chair of Stradley Ronon’s insurance practice, Davis helps manage the firm’s insurance-related regulatory and coverage dispute and litigation engagements. For more than 20 years, he has provided skilled and experienced counsel and services in hundreds of insurance regulatory, coverage and litigation matters. He also represents the Pennsylvania Insurance Department in various matters.

Landon is co-founder and chair of Stradley Ronon’s e-discovery and data security team. Her practice focuses on advising lawyers and clients on legal, technical and strategic issues regarding cybersecurity and electronic data, as well as representing clients in complex insurance coverage matters. Landon has litigated insurance, commercial and complex tort matters in federal and state courts, before administrative agencies, and before arbitration panels.
