Stradley Ronon Partner Speaks at ABA Fidelity and Surety Law Committee Fall Meeting

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Samuel J. Arena Jr. presented “Other Key Exclusions: What You Absolutely Must Know” at the American Bar Association Fidelity and Surety Law Committee’s Commercial Crime Insurance Policy Program in Washington, D.C. The presentation, prepared with assistance from Stradley Ronon attorney A. Nicole Stover, focused on key exclusions in commercial crime insurance policies as well as how court decisions have treated such exclusions and the burden of proof.

Arena has concentrated his practice on insurance law and fidelity and surety law for more than 32 years, and he chairs Stradley Ronon’s Fidelity & Surety Practice Group. Arena and Stover represent insurance companies in complex coverage and related disputes in the areas of fidelity and surety law, directors and officers liability, commercial and general liability, health insurance claims and litigation, and personal lines. They have extensive experience representing insurance companies in bad-faith and extra-contractual liability claims and litigation.
