PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner E. Carolan Berkley received The Pennsylvania Bar Association Business Law Section’s fourth annual W. Edward Sell Business Lawyer Award on Nov. 4 for her extraordinary contribution to the practice of business law in Pennsylvania. Berkley was honored during the kick-off ceremony of the two-day Business Law Institute held in Philadelphia. The Sell Business Lawyer Award recognizes attorneys who have contributed to the practice of business law through practice, teaching, contributing to the statutory development of business law in Pennsylvania, or contributing to the PBA by working in leadership roles in the Business Law Section.
