Stradley Ronon Attorneys Attend Center for Literacy Fundraiser

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Deborah Hong and Counsel Jana M. Landon attended the Center for Literacy’s “Food for Thought” fundraiser at the University of the Arts. The event raised over $60,000 for the organization, which provides a variety of literacy services for adults in the Philadelphia area, including GED prep, ESL classes and work skills. Landon has been a member on the Center for Literacy board since February and Hong is a former trustee of the board.

Hong focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings and reorganizations. Her clients include a number of privately owned, middle-market companies as well as publicly held companies in the technology, media, retail, investment management and manufacturing sectors. In addition to her practice, Hong serves on the leadership advisory council of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania.

Landon is founder and chair of Stradley Ronon’s e-discovery and data security team. Her practice focuses on advising lawyers and clients on legal, technical and strategic issues regarding cybersecurity, electronic data, and data management, as well as representing clients in complex insurance coverage matters. She is also an active member of Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
