Stradley Ronon Attorneys Co-Author Commercial Crime Insurance Book Chapter

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Samuel J. Arena Jr. and Associate A. Nicole Stover co-authored a chapter in the Third Edition of Annotated Commercial Crime Insurance Policy, published by the American Bar Association. The chapter, titled “Exclusions Other Than Inventory Loss,” provides commentary and annotations with regard to exclusions found in the Insurance Services Office’s Commercial Crime Policy and the Surety & Fidelity Association of America’s Crime Protection Policy.

Arena has concentrated his practice on insurance law and fidelity and surety law for more than 32 years, and he chairs Stradley Ronon’s Fidelity & Surety Practice Group. Arena and Stover represent insurance companies in complex coverage and related disputes in the areas of fidelity and surety law, directors and officers liability, commercial and general liability, health insurance claims and litigation, and personal lines. They have extensive experience representing insurance companies in bad-faith and extra-contractual liability claims and litigation.
