Stradley Ronon Chairman Named One of Most Admired CEOs

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Chairman William R. Sasso was recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as one of the Philadelphia region’s “Most Admired CEOs.” Honorees were chosen for their established leadership, innovation in their field, outstanding financial performance, commitment to quality, strong vision, commitment to diversity in the workplace and contributions to the Greater Philadelphia/New Jersey region.

Sasso has served as chairman of Stradley Ronon since 1994. Outside of his legal practice, he is widely recognized for his civic accomplishments, including having served as chairman of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce’s board of directors, a commissioner of the Delaware River Port Authority, and as a trustee of Leo Niessen Jr. Charitable Foundation. He also serves on the board of directors of the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation, the board of trustees of LaSalle University and was the Governor-appointed chairman of the Pennsylvania Infrastructure and Investment Authority (PENNVEST). Sasso has also received numerous recognitions and awards, including a Lifetime Achievement Award from The Legal Intelligencer and recognition as one of the “23 Most Influential Business People in Philadelphia” by the Philadelphia Business Journal – the only lawyer in private practice to be so recognized.
