Stradley Ronon Elects Four to Partnership

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon announced today that J. Stephen Feinour Jr., Marissa Parker, Randi J. Rabinowitz, and Stephanie E. Sanderson-Braem have been elected to the firm’s partnership.

Feinour, resident in the firm’s Philadelphia office, focuses his practice on counseling investment companies and investment advisers in connection with various regulatory, compliance and transactional issues. He regularly advises clients on matters such as the formation, registration and ongoing regulation of investment companies, including index-based and actively managed exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Feinour served as a law clerk for the Hon. Bonnie Brigance Leadbetter of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. He received his J.D. from the William & Mary School of Law, and his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.

Based in Stradley Ronon’s Philadelphia office, Parker represents corporate, nonprofit and institutional clients in state and federal court and private arbitration, and brings a practical, results-oriented approach to resolving complex, sophisticated disputes. Her litigation practice spans patent infringement actions, merger and acquisition disputes, securities litigation and derivative suits, ERISA and healthcare claims, and protection of institutional first amendment rights. She received her J.D., cum laude, from the Temple University Beasley School of Law, and her B.A. from Brown University.

Resident in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office, Rabinowitz counsels clients on all aspects of commercial lending, including asset-based, construction and real estate loans, as well as real estate transactions and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience advising both lenders and borrowers in commercial finance transactions and also has significant experience representing clients in real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements of sale, leases and various other documents. In addition, she provides clients with general corporate and transactional advice with a focus on finding innovative solutions to challenging business issues. Rabinowitz received her J.D. from the Temple University Beasley School of Law, her M.S. from the Columbia University School of Social Work, and her B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Sanderson-Braem, based in the firm’s Cherry Hill, New Jersey, office, specializes in estate and tax planning, trust and estate administration, and estate and trust litigation. She represents single individuals, families with young children, families preparing for retirement, families having a child with special needs, closely held business owners, doctors, CEOs, same-sex couples and fiduciaries managing all aspects of trust and estate administration. She advises her clients on premarital agreements, business succession planning, lifetime giving and charitable giving in addition to the preparation and implementation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives. Sanderson-Braem provides clients with assistance in more complex planning involving life insurance trusts, family limited partnerships, intentional defective grantor trusts and grantor retained annuity trusts. She received her J.D. from the Rutgers University School of Law – Camden, and her B.S. from Pennsylvania State University.
