Stradley Ronon Attorney Speaks on Three Panels at Fidelity and Surety Law Committee’s 2016 MidWinter Meeting

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Samuel J. Arena Jr. participated in three panel discussions during the Fidelity Program of the American Bar Association Fidelity and Surety Law Committee’s 2016 MidWinter Meeting in New York on Jan. 20 - 22. The panel discussions, “The Ethics of Mediation,” “Staying in Bounds at Mediation” and “What Have We Learned” addressed mediation strategies and ethical issues that may arise in the course of fidelity bond claim and crime policy claim-related mediations.

Arena has concentrated his practice on insurance law and fidelity and surety law for more than 32 years. A leader in Stradley Ronon’s insurance practice group and the chair of the firm’s fidelity and surety practice group, he represents insurance companies in complex insurance coverage and fidelity and surety matters. Arena has extensive experience representing insurance companies in bad-faith and extra-contractual liability claims and litigation.
