Deborah Hong Elected to Main Line Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Deborah Hong has been elected to the Main Line Chamber of Commerce board of directors. The Main Line Chamber of Commerce represents the interests of more than 900 companies located primarily in the Pennsylvania counties of Delaware, Chester and Montgomery, and strives to strengthen the economy by extending their members’ reach into the community through collaboration, support, education and advocacy.

Hong focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings and reorganizations. Her clients include a number of privately owned, middle-market companies as well as publicly held companies in the technology, media, retail, investment management and manufacturing sectors. In addition to her practice, Hong serves on the board of directors of RSVP of Montgomery County and the leadership advisory council of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania.
