Samantha Kats Appointed to Victim Services Center Board of Directors

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Associate Samantha Kats has been appointed to the board of directors of the Montgomery County Victim Services Center, a nonprofit organization that provides free and confidential services to crime victims. VSC works with crime victims, their families and significant others, and conducts hundreds of risk reduction and safety education programs to thousands of Montgomery County students and residents.

Kats focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, representing pharmaceutical companies, and other corporate and institutional clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including commercial contract disputes, general liability defense, and securities-related claims. She is involved in all aspects of litigation practice before federal and state courts, including discovery, dispositive motions, trials, arbitrations, mediations and settlements. In addition, she serves on the board of directors for Children’s Village.
