Dean Schwartz Serves as Panelist for Life Sciences Venture Forum “Shark Tank”

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Dean Schwartz served as a panelist in a “Shark Tank” competition held at the Consulate General of Canada in New York City on March 14. The panel was part of the Life Sciences Venture Forum, which was designed to further Canadian Life Sciences participants’ knowledge about how to engage with investors around their innovations. Schwartz and fellow panelists, including Netspective Ventures Co-founder and CEO Shahid Shah and BluePrint Health CEO Jean-Luc Neptune, saw company presentations related to medical devices, telehealth and other disciplines.

Schwartz has more than 30 years of experience in structuring and closing important business transactions for his clients, including acquisitions and sales of businesses, equity capital raising and debt, financings, and information technology contracts and master services agreements.
