Stradley Ronon Attorneys Present at Pennsylvania Bar Institute Conference

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Steven B. Davis and Counsel Jana Landon presented at “Insurance Law for Insurance Lawyers: Legal Issues Beyond Your Office Walls,” hosted by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on March 31 in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Landon presented “Cybersecurity and Corporate Governance,” and Davis co-presented “Corporate Governance: Why All the Fuss” with Pennsylvania Association of Mutual Insurance Companies President Ron Gallagher and Grant Thornton’s Mark Lastner.

Davis is a nationally recognized insurance regulatory and coverage practitioner. As chair of Stradley Ronon’s insurance practice, he helps manage the firm’s insurance-related regulatory and coverage dispute and litigation engagements. He provides counsel and services in insurance regulatory, coverage and litigation matters, and also serves as the firm’s pro bono coordinator.

Landon is founder and chair of Stradley Ronon’s e-discovery and data security team. Her practice focuses on advising lawyers and clients on legal, technical and strategic issues regarding cyberinsurance, cybersecurity, electronic data, and data management, as well as representing clients in complex insurance coverage matters.
