Matthew DiClemente and Kenneth Greenberg Present Cybersecurity Webcast

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partners Matthew R. DiClemente and Kenneth L. Greenberg presented the webcast, “Mutual Funds at a Glance – Cybersecurity Best Practices and Industry Regulatory Updates.” The joint discussion with Grant Thornton CPAs focused on how mutual funds and their boards can monitor, mitigate and report on cybersecurity risks, as well as insight into key topics surrounding the SEC’s proposed regulations and regulatory matters impacting mutual funds.

DiClemente represents investment advisers, registered investment companies and their boards of directors, private funds and broker-dealers in a wide range of regulatory, corporate and transactional matters. His clients include several of the largest investment management firms and fund complexes in the country, insurance companies, private fund sponsors and family offices.

Greenberg has provided guidance to investment companies and their investment advisers regarding federal and state regulations relating to cybersecurity issues. In addition to counseling investment companies regarding cybersecurity issues, Greenberg is a member of the Stradley Ronon Technology Committee, which provides oversight regarding the firm’s own cybersecurity.
