Andrew Stutzman Co-chairs National Forum on Residential Mortgage Litigation and Moderates Judges Panels

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Andrew Stutzman served as co-chair at the American Conference Institute’s 20th National Forum on Residential Mortgage Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement on April 20 in Washington, D.C. He also moderated two panels of state and federal judges from around the country, titled “Views from the Bench: Judicial Perspectives on the Latest Plaintiff Theories, Emerging Defense Strategies, Lender-Placed Insurance Litigation, Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Litigation, Heightened Scrutiny of Lenders and Servicers, Case Management, E-Discovery, and More.”

Stutzman is a Philadelphia trial lawyer who founded and chairs the financial services litigation practice at Stradley Ronon. Mr. Stutzman resolves complex disputes through litigation, especially finance-related matters. He has tried cases of diverse subject matters in many state, federal and ADR courts throughout the decades of his career. His team resolves disputes involving consumer or commercial financial products or services.
