Danielle Banks Named Among The National Black Lawyers Top 100

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Danielle Banks has been selected for membership in The National Black Lawyers – Top 100, an invitation-only professional organization. Members of The National Black Lawyers – Top 100 exemplify superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence and performance in their area of legal practice.

Banks devotes a significant amount of her practice to defending employers against employment discrimination claims, including claims brought under Title VII, Section 1981, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act. She also defends governmental entities against Section 1983 claims. Additionally, Banks represents businesses in housing and mortgage discrimination claims and has represented defendants in products liability actions, including pharmaceutical and asbestos litigation. She also handles matters on behalf of religious entities.
