Bruce Leto Serves as Panelist for BoardIQ Exchange Webcast

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Investment Management Practice Group Chair Bruce G. Leto served as a panelist for a BoardIQ Exchange webcast, “The Oversight of Sub-TA Fees.” Leto and fellow panelist Robert Uek, Independent Director of MFS Funds, discussed recent regulatory guidance relating to the oversight of distribution and sub-transfer agency fees and what directors of mutual funds should consider as they oversee sub-transfer agency fees and their disclosures.

Leto serves as an Advisory Board Member of BoardIQ. He also serves as chair of Stradley Ronon’s Investment Management practice, which has helped shape the investment management industry for over 85 years by assisting with the creation of innovative investment products and services. The practice has 60 dedicated professionals representing registered investment companies, including open-end funds, closed-end funds, interval funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and unit investment trusts (UITs).
