Joan Ohlbaum Swirsky Moderates Crane Fund Symposium Panel

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Counsel Joan Ohlbaum Swirsky will be moderating the panel, “Money Fund Reforms: Outstanding Issues,” at the Crane Money Fund Symposium in Philadelphia on June 24. The panel will discuss the SEC’s recent amendments to the money market fund rule under the Investment Company Act of 1940. 

Swirsky is a seasoned investment management attorney with a nationally respected focus on money market funds operating under Rule 2a-7 under the Investment Company Act of 1940. She authored the definitive guide on the subject area entitled “The Guide to Rule 2a-7 – A Map Through the Maze for the Money Market Professional.”
