Andrew Stutzman Moderates Panel at Residential Mortgage Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement Conference

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Andrew K. Stutzman will moderate a panel of federal and state judges from across the country at the American Conference Institute’s 21st Residential Mortgage Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement conference in Dallas on Sept. 27. Stutzman’s panel, “Views from the Bench: Judicial Perspectives on the Latest Plaintiff Theories, Emerging Defense Strategies, Lender-Placed Insurance Litigation, Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Litigation, Heightened Scrutiny of Lenders and Services, Case Management, E-Discovery and More,” will feature discussions on a wide range of topics respecting consumer finance issues and general litigation and advocacy strategies. The forum presents expert discussions intended for in-house and outside counsel to navigate litigation hurdles and prepare for new and emerging government enforcement initiatives.

Stutzman is a Philadelphia trial lawyer who founded and chairs the financial services litigation practice at Stradley Ronon. He resolves complex disputes through litigation, especially finance-related matters. Stutzman has tried cases of diverse subject matters in many state, federal and ADR courts throughout the decades of his career. His team resolves disputes involving consumer or commercial financial products or services.
