PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon attorneys Francis X. Manning and A. Nicole Stover will be featured speakers at the Human Resources Council sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey on Oct. 25. Manning and Stover will present “Protecting the Company’s Competitive Edge: A Tactical Guide for Human Resources Professionals.” They will address restrictive covenant agreements, coordination with IT professionals, best practices for electronic communications policies, and strategies for minimizing legal risk when recruiting a competitor’s employees. The Human Resources Council is comprised of human resources professionals who meet regularly to hear in-depth presentations by experts on the latest workplace issues impacting employers and to share best practices.

A trial lawyer and the partner-in-charge of Stradley Ronon’s New Jersey office, Manning represents businesses and their owners and executives in a wide range of commercial and regulatory matters. He has tried more than 30 cases to verdict or award, and he has argued appeals in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and in state appellate courts in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Ohio.

Stover focuses her practice on employment with a concentration on the representation of management and key executives.
