Val DiGiorgio Elected Chairman of the Republican Party of Pennsylvania

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Valentino F. DiGiorgio III was elected Chairman of Pennsylvania’s Republican Party during the state party’s convention on Feb. 4 in Hershey, Pennsylvania. DiGiorgio previously served as Chester County Republican chairman for five years and also served two terms as the County’s elected Controller.           

DiGiorgio is co-chair of Stradley Ronon’s public finance and banking practice groups. He handles all legal aspects of financial services, including commercial lending and tax-exempt financing for 501(c)(3) entities, governmental units and other entities. DiGiorgio also serves as solicitor for Uwchlan Township Industrial Development Authority (IDA) in Chester County and as solicitor for the Bethlehem Revitalization and Improvement Authority in connection with its City Revitalization and Improvement Zone (CRIZ) tax increment funding loan program. DiGiorgio has been active in GOP Politics since 1986 as a committeeman, activist, donor and leader. He is a frequent commentator on political events and appears as a regular panelist on the Channel 6 program, Inside Story, that airs on Sunday morning.
