Karl Myers Co-Hosts PCN's Broadcast of Pennsylvania Superior Court Argument Session

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon attorney Karl S. Myers served as a co-host for the Pennsylvania Cable Network’s televised coverage of the Pennsylvania Superior Court’s March 21 en banc argument session in Philadelphia. The presentation was broadcasted on PCN on March 30. The Court heard arguments in criminal and civil cases concerning the license to carry a firearm, Megan’s Law, DUI checkpoints and recorded prison phone calls.

Myers has personally argued and briefed dozens of precedent-setting cases before the appellate courts of Pennsylvania and other jurisdictions. He maintains a particular focus on cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme, Commonwealth and Superior Courts, including litigation involving state constitutional challenges, insurance insolvency and regulatory matters, Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law requests, government contracting and bid-protest disputes, complex commercial actions and many other types of civil cases.
