The Appellate Advocacy Committee promotes communication and cooperation between lawyers who practice before state and federal appellate courts and members of the judiciary, and provides the opportunity to achieve quality practice in all manners of appeals.
Myers is a leading Pennsylvania appellate lawyer who has argued and briefed dozens of precedent-setting cases before the appellate courts of Pennsylvania and other jurisdictions. He maintains a particular focus on cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme, Commonwealth and Superior Courts, including litigation involving state constitutional challenges, insurance insolvency and regulatory matters, Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law requests, government contracting and bid-protest disputes, complex commercial actions, and many other types of civil cases.
