Jana Landon Selected to Join The Sedona Conference's Law Firm Data Security Drafting Team

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Counsel Jana M. Landon has been selected to participate on The Sedona Conference’s Law Firm Data Security Drafting Team. As one of only 12 team members consisting of attorneys from multiple industries, academia, government, and private practice, Landon will help to develop an annotated series of questions that clients can use to vet outside counsel’s data privacy and security practice, as well as to identify best practices for data handling and security controls. The Sedona Conference is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) research and educational institute dedicated to the advanced study of law and policy in the areas of antitrust law, complex litigation and intellectual property rights.

Landon is co-chair of Stradley Ronon’s cyber insurance and data breach response groups. Her practice focuses on advising lawyers and clients on data security and data management issues and legal, technical and strategic issues regarding information governance. She also represents clients in complex insurance coverage matters.
