Jeff McFadden Presents at ACI's Managed Care Litigation Conference

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Jeffrey E. McFadden spoke at the American Conference Institute’s 8th Annual Advanced Forum on Managed Care Disputes and Litigation on May 2 in Philadelphia. His panel, “Deep-Dive into Healthcare False Claims: Analysis of Current Trends in False Claims Cases for MCOs,” discussed the most important, recent developments in False Claims Act qui tam cases against managed care organizations, providing insights into effective defenses and proactive measures to managed care providers and their counsel.

McFadden is a veteran trial, appellate and enforcement lawyer with nearly 25 years of experience litigating cases in state and federal courts and administrative forums across the country. He represents corporations and individuals in high-stakes civil and criminal litigation, administrative enforcement matters, and arbitrations. McFadden has significant experience defending clients in federal False Claims Act cases, particularly in cases alleging health care fraud and mortgage fraud, and speaks at numerous conferences on those topics throughout the year.
