PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Counsel George Michael Gerstein served as a co-panelist for the “DOL Fiduciary Rule” panel at the Association of Institutional INVESTORS’ Market Practices Council Roundtable and Reception on June 21 at One Financial Center in Boston. The panel discussed how asset managers should prepare for the fate of DOL’s fiduciary rule.
Gerstein concentrates on the fiduciary and prohibited transaction provisions of ERISA as they apply to the investment and management of plan assets. He has experience with various services and asset classes, including FX, stable value and derivatives. He has also examined and written about the potential ERISA implications of the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect.
