Alan Gedrich Appointed to Penn State Law Board of Advisers

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Alan R. Gedrich has been appointed to the Penn State Law School Board of Advisers. The Board of Advisers’ purpose is to support and enhance the school’s mission by providing the law school dean and other Penn State law administrators with input, feedback and advice in areas including admissions, alumni and development, curriculum and hiring.

Over the years, Gedrich has been extensively involved with the Penn State University Alumni Council and the Smeal College of Business Alumni Society, having previously served as a member of the Executive Board and Chair of the Budget and Finance Committee of the Penn State University Alumni Council and as President of the Smeal College of Business Alumni Society. In his legal practice, he represents open and closed-end investment companies, ETFs, registered investment advisers, hedge funds, independent trustees of mutual funds, and investors in private and public funds. His practice also includes mergers and acquisitions of registered investment advisers and change of control transactions, public and private securities offerings, and general corporate work for businesses.
