Stradley Ronon Counsel George Michael Gerstein was quoted in PLANADVISER'S article, “Liquidity Fees and the Fiduciary Duty of Best Execution,” discussing the potential conflicts arising out of broker rebates and why ERISA and governmental plan fiduciaries should be aware of the practice.
