Jana Landon Presents at American Bar Association’s 26th Annual Insurance Coverage Litigation Midyear Conference

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Counsel Jana M. Landon served as a panelist at the American Bar Association’s 26th Annual Insurance Coverage Litigation Midyear Conference on Feb. 23 in Phoenix. Landon’s panel, “The Three R’s of Cyber Readiness: Resilience, Risk and Response,” discussed the current state of cyber risk and emerging exposures, and provided useful strategies to become cyber resilient, both in practice and in counseling clients of all sizes and industry verticals. The panel highlighted proven risk transfer strategies in light of the current state of the cyber insurance market, as well as a review of emerging cyber insurance coverage jurisprudence. Landon discussed various tools to implement an effective cyber incident response plan and law firm security data protection standards.

Landon is Co-Chair of the Cyber Insurance and Data Breach Teams at Stradley Ronon. Her practice focuses on advising lawyers and clients on data security and data management issues and legal, technical and strategic issues regarding information governance. She also represents clients in complex insurance coverage matters.
