Stradley Ronon Counsel George Michael Gerstein was quoted in Fund Directions’ article, “ Appeals Court Knocks Out DOL Rule,” discussing the ruling and the DOL’s next steps to appeal the decision.

“The SEC’s proposal is [now] upon us,” he added. “This is yet another curveball in the implementation of the fiduciary rule, raising the specter of further confusion,” Gerstein said.
