Nicole Kalajian Hosts Compliance Round Table Webcast

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon to host a Compliance Round Table webcast on April 26. Stradley Ronon Chicago Attorney Nicole M. Kalajian will serve as the Chicago host for guest Elizabeth King, New York Stock Exchange General Counsel. King will discuss the Consolidated Audit Trail and how it affects SEC registrants and members of FINRA, NYSE and other self-regulatory organizers.

King manages the NYSE legal department and is also responsible for the NYSE’s interaction with regulators, such as the SEC. King leads a diverse team focused on compliance, risk management and legal operation of the company’s global business units. She also continues to be a key voice in the NYSE’s core management team under the new ownership of the Intercontinental Exchange.

Kalajian represents securities and commodities professionals in a variety of complex regulatory, compliance and corporate matters. She has extensive experience launching and advising various investment vehicles, such as hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, commodity pools, fund of funds and socially responsible investment vehicles. Kalajian provides legal and compliance guidance to registered and exempt investment advisers, commodity pool operators, commodity trading advisers, futures commission merchants, introducing brokers, forex firms, proprietary trading firms and broker-dealers.
