George Michael Gerstein Speaks at ACA Compliance Spring Conference

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Fiduciary Governance Group Co-Chair George Michael Gerstein served as a panelist at the ACA Compliance Group’s Spring 2018 Compliance and Performance Conference on May 10-12 in Amelia Island, FL. Gerstein’s fiduciary governance panel discussed perspectives on the new SEC standard of conduct release, the fate of the DOL fiduciary rule, state developments and the recent Department of Labor guidance on environmental, social and governance investing. Gerstein also spoke at the ACA Compliance Group’s Fall Conference last year in San Diego.

Gerstein advises financial institutions on the fiduciary and prohibited transaction provisions of ERISA. As co-chair of the fiduciary governance group, he assists clients with tracking, and understanding, the numerous fiduciary developments at the federal and state levels, including the rules and regulations of governmental plans. He also advises clients with respect to the fiduciary duty implications of ESG investing.
