Jana Landon Moderates Panel at American Bar Association TIPS Section Conference

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Counsel Jana M. Landon served as a moderator at the American Bar Association’s TIPS Section Conference on May 2 in Los Angeles. Landon’s panel, entitled, “Law Firms at Risk: The Ethical Duty to Protect Client Data in the New Breach Environment,” discussed the rules and recent guidance on data storage and the best methods to address client security questions and concerns and featured in-house counsel, outside counsel, and attorneys from Thompson Reuters and ALAS.

Landon is Co-Chair of the Cyber Insurance and Data Breach Teams at Stradley Ronon. Her practice focuses on advising lawyers and clients on data security and data management issues and legal, technical and strategic issues regarding information governance. She also represents clients in complex insurance coverage matters.
