PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Attorney Karl S. Myers has been appointed secretary and treasurer of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Administrative Law Section. Myers was appointed on May 10, during the PBA’s annual meeting in Hershey, PA.

The Administrative Law Section works to develop substantive and procedural improvements to the administrative laws of the Commonwealth. Myers is an appellate lawyer who has personally argued and briefed dozens of precedent-setting cases before the appellate courts of Pennsylvania and other jurisdictions. He maintains a particular focus on cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme, Commonwealth and Superior Courts, including litigation involving state constitutional challenges, insurance insolvency and regulatory matters, Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law requests, government contracting and bid-protest disputes, complex commercial actions and many other types of civil cases.
