Karl Myers Speaks at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute Appellate Advocacy CLE

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Attorney Karl S. Myers served as a panelist at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Appellate Advocacy CLE on July 16 in Philadelphia. The CLE, entitled, “Appellate Advocacy in Pennsylvania State Courts,” discussed tips for written and oral advocacy and the importance of understanding appellate court procedures. Myers’ segment of the program focused on tips and suggestions for effective and persuasive brief-writing.

Myers is a leading Pennsylvania appellate lawyer who has argued and briefed dozens of precedent-setting cases before the appellate courts of Pennsylvania and other jurisdictions. He maintains a particular focus on cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme, Commonwealth and Superior Courts, including litigation involving state constitutional challenges, insurance insolvency and regulatory matters, Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law requests, government contracting and bid-protest disputes, complex commercial actions, and many other types of civil cases.
